The Bell Curve

I'm building a virtual company: Devs, Comms/Marketing, Architects, Project managers, etc.
I've discovered a brutal truth: different roles demand wildly different IQ—

  • Architecture → max-IQ (Opus 4.6)
  • Coding / Comms → Sonnet 4.6 usually fine.
  • Coordination, internal comms, 'filing' → GLM-4.7
  • But most of the project manager work; creating reports, updating dashboards, progressing projects between stages → procedural scripts!
    Let that sink in.

Once we start standardising IQ of models and assigning them to traditional human tasks, a lot of people in high-paying low-IQ jobs are going to get a very rude awakening!
